Management & Supervision: Management leads by example and ensures compliance with the Code.

Handling Property: Employees must responsibly use company resources.

Information Management: Confidentiality must be maintained for all sensitive information.

Data Protection: We comply with data security and privacy regulations, including ISO 27001.

Conflicts of Interest: Employees should avoid conflicts between personal interests and S&T’s business.

Gifts & Events: Gifts over 100 EUR must be approved, and gifts influencing business decisions are prohibited.

Donations & Sponsorships: These must be transparent and ethical, with no political contributions.

Implementation & Support: Managers are responsible for training, compliance, and addressing violations.

Reporting Violations: Employees can report violations confidentially to management or the Compliance Officer. Retaliation against whistleblowers is prohibited.
