IT Infrastructure Support

The service center of the S&T company provides a wide range of services of supporting the customers’ IT infrastructure, performing warranties under contracts of equipment and software supply, performing the duties assumed under contracts of maintenance, performing warranty and post-warranty equipment repairs.
The maintenance of computer hardware and software comprises the following services (at the customer’s choice):

• Installation and customer training in the basics of maintenance, enabling the user to control and make a preliminary evaluation of the need for preventive maintenance (scheduled in compliance with the product specifications, the required reliability of operations and working environment).

• Advice on hardware and in matters of system software, both on the phone and on-site.

• Work and spare parts (among them under warranty and service contracts)

• A special option of a 4-hour response and repair within 24 hours.

• Remote diagnostics of hardware and software defects, which reduces the response time to a minimum.

• Upgrade (modernization) of computer equipment.

• Performance and support of software upgrades, including all new releases and patches (programs correcting the errors detected by the manufacturer in another program) of system software.

• Additional warranty on computer hardware and software, covering work and spare parts.

• Various kinds of service contracts to meet the standard and specific needs of customers in terms of response time and duration of the repair, preventive maintenance and technical upgrading.

The highly qualified experts of our service center have been certified by HP and CISCO companies to perform maintenance of all kinds of equipment.

The customer support service deals with requests in all matters related to the after-sales service of equipment and to our customers’ information infrastructure.
You can contact our Customer Support Service in the following cases:
• Your equipment was purchased from our company.
• “S&T MOLD” is in charge of the after-sales service or maintenance of your equipment.
• “S&T MOLD” is in charge of maintenance of your information infrastructure.
• You would like to inquire about the current state of your equipment submitted for repair.
• You would like to inquire about the current state of the settlement of a request submitted by your company.
• You would like to receive information on the status of your company’s contract with us and the levels of service provided under such contract.
• You would like to receive statistics on when and for what reasons your company has requested our services recently.
